Raff includes a card lane so a shop can charge its own customers at the counter, priced in Saudi Riyal (SAR). The shop connects its own account with a SAMA-licensed payment gateway, and the money settles from that gateway straight into its own bank account.
Raff never holds, routes or settles funds, and takes no commission on a sale. Card details are entered on the gateway's own secure page — never in Raff, never stored on the device.
Refunds are issued by the shop, from the sale, back to the card that paid it. See the refund, cancellation and delivery policy.
Price
No setup fee. No charge per till. No contract. Any paid plan offered later is sold and billed by the app store you installed from.
